Times without change mean times of standstill. After more than 12 years under the previous name impakt-medien GmbH & Co. KG, the company has been called iQIP GmbH & Co. KG. With this, we have finally united the product iQIP® and the company by name.
What the change of name to iQIP® means for you
Apart from the company name, nothing changes for you in principle. The corporate form of the GmbH & Co. KG remains unchanged. The numbers in the commercial register also remain unchanged (HRA 94989 and HRB 183280).
All general terms and conditions, as well as sales conditions and contracts, remain unchanged. The addresses of both companies known to you will also remain unaffected by the change of name. The usual contact persons for all your concerns are available to you as before, but we have made changes to the contact addresses for e-mail correspondence.
