In the fourth quarter of 2023, the two managing directors Stefan Spengler (iQIP GmbH & Co. KG, Hohenschäftlarn near Munich) and Alexander Demmler (Lacunasolutions, Kirchanschöring) entered into a technology cooperation agreement. The aim is to provide a web-based solution for qualitative and comparative visualization of the printed image based on spectral measurement data from production printing.
To achieve this, Spectraproof® technology components will be integrated into iQIP's new product iQIP® JobView. The already professional state-of-the-art tools of iQIP® quality monitoring will be enhanced by adding stunning visualization of the printed images in a target/actual comparison.
The innovative iQIP® JobView solution enables easy integration of all decision makers into the processes of the global packaging supply chain. An easy-to-use and understandable presentation of all relevant quality criteria even to non-specialists.
The new product iQIP® JobView will be presented to an international audience at this year's Fogra Colourmanagement Symposium 2024 in Munich. Reserve your exclusive sneak preview demo now at www.iqip.org.

Spectraproof®
Spectraproof® as a softproofing solution works with a combination of spectral mathematics and ICC color management. The software calculates the combined printing process and special colors for simulation on the screen. Standard ICC profiles, N-channel Icc profiles, Cxf4 data, and CGATS data are supported. In addition, the solution can photorealistically visualize substrates, primers, paint, hot foils, and other effects. Functions for checking the display quality, calibration, and simple reporting round off the solution.
